  • Check out the new and improved Final Report and Insiders Guide templates for ease of program reporting.
  • Be sure that you have filled out a crew member Performance Evaluation for each member of your crew
  • Don’t forget to submit completed Daily Work logs
  • Make sure you included the Equipment Inventory sheet in your returned SCA Cache; if you didn’t please include it in with your final paperwork. Nelson needs these!
  • To keep SCA staff happy, and make your job easier, try to return your paperwork all in one package.  This will include final reports, evals, budget books, work logs, journals, handbooks, etc.  We will thank you for it!

Your cohort managers will be contacting you in the next few months to arrange a post-program check in.  See chapter 9 of the handbook for more information.
